Sardo Numspa Devil's Food Cake Imperial Stout
Sardo Numspa is an imperial stout aged on hazelnuts, cacao nibs and cypress wood. The name pays homage to the 1986 Eddie Murphy classic "The Golden Child," which just so happens to be an CCB employee favorite.
Inspired by devil's food cake, this stout boast enhanced chocolate flavor from Ecuadorian and Nicaraguan cacao nibs, nuttiness from whole Oregon hazelnuts, Indonesian vanilla and a cake-like flavor imparted by resting the beer on cypress wood.

Oh and yes that's Marshal Zhukov's Russian Imperial Stout in the background. That was the "Extra" mentioned. I was pleasantly surprised to find a small batch available that has already been aging at CCB. Quality control took place and it is still amazing!
